Yesterday, the neighbors directly behind us (we dont know them) had a party...live band, noisy people the works. Ralph had to do the all nighter to Newark last night and it didnt really give him time to rest, nor did the neighbors bother to tell us about the party. (I think good neighbors inform one another as a common courtesy, but thats just me.) However, the band was good, so we ate outside and enjoyed the entertainment. Anyway sometime after midnight, Ralph is gone, my dogs start barking and I hear something in my backyard, of course, I think its a possum and I go outside in my PJs to see a drunk man, in my back yard, trying to jump back over my fence to the party. Oh, this man is also stupid because you never know if the backyard you shouldnt be in, belongs to a second degree black belt that knows his way around a firearm. I know now, that I dont tend to react normally. So, my question is this....What would you have done...middle of the night, strange man in your securely locked back yard, trying to jump over your back fence while your home alone with your two kids?
