Yesterday, there was a delegation of about 12 community supporters that came into the store where I work, took me off my register, and confronted the store co-manager (store manager was celebrating 4th of July weekend). I read co-manager about my illegal verbal and told him about retaliating against my friends and being scheduled full time, but only being considered part time. Jon (from JwJ) explained to him that if they cut my hours that would be retaliation and if they continued to schedule me for 34 hours and consider me part-time, that would be illegal. Yes, it was a great day.
