Yesterday was Bible study in my church,after the teaching on Blessings of God. according to the teaching, its only through being religious, and obeying God can we get blessed But someone asked a question; What if after obeying God and were still not financially blessed If youre a christian reading this, let me tell you something; Even if you pack your load and be sleeping in the church,it wont change anything. Your effort is Paramount in everything you want in life, Stop being lazy in the name of prayer. Prayer is for the purpose of asking God to do for us what we cant do for ourselves. but for God to do for us what we cant do for ourselves,we must do what we can do. Stop fooling yourself in unnecessary fasting and prayer, Im not saying that its wrong to fast and pray but if you like go to Jerusalem and fast, Without working hard, your life will remain the same. Gods grace is not for lazy people,Grace comes when mans effort can be seen. You are looking for a job and 24/7 youre at home,will your employer search for you or are you to search for an employer.. Many Christians are materially poor not because of God but because of how churchy they are. Theyre always in church from morning till night. Now,listen, Im not saying that attending church is wrong but you must give attention to your business, you must not always be in church to make heaven... God wants a man who will carry His presence everywhere he goes not a man who is churchy... Some Christians are too churchy that they cant serve God where there is no church. Please know when to skip church cos of your business and know when to sacrifice your business for church service. Spirituality is different from activity. Solomon Franklin Buchi Bartholomew.
