Yesterday was a crazy busy day coaching vocalists, grocery shopping, getting my sister ready for her wedding and reception, securing and locking up the church, then seeing the happy couple drive off to start their new lives. Every major joint was hurting when I got home, but it was worth the fuss seeing my sister Brenda Braxton Waldon look so happy. We all actually danced to the song Happy (by Pharrell Williams) at the reception...lol. HOWEVER...I must give credit where it is due...Perla Jackson, assisted by Robin Broadie and Alice Seldon did a phenomenal job hooking up this reception. Kudos to these ladies! I know you did this for me and I love you all so much. Well today is a new day of blessings, dreams, possibilities. A day of new mercies and Im ready to receive them. God is good...all the time.
