Yesterday was an amazing experience! Needless to say it was out of my comfort zone and I was very scared to compete by myself- I have always done teams- however I did it with a lot of support! It was a long day but I was surrounded by amazing athletes and some of the best people I know! The members from CrossFit Morgantown are what I like to call my family! Supportive, coaching, pushing, encouraging and lifting each other up! I could not be more blessed or proud to be a part of it all! Watching Kent McBride take second! My brother from another mother Jeff Giosi placing 9th and helping me thru every WOD! Aaron Seldon Dominique Daniels Lincoln Kinkade Jarrett William Bond and spencer stiles representing our community to the fullest and giving their all each time!! Grace Stire placing third and getting a PR and Liv Kinkade competing with women double her age and still placing 23rd?! Tiffany Newcomb setting PR after PR!
