Yesterday was an interesting one...My dad, who has been battling an illness for a while, wont eat, is always nauseous, running out of options...so I did what every good son should do, fed him some magic rice crispy squares, the kind really filled with snap, crackle and pop *lol* My old man has never been high a day in his life, and by the looks of it, gave him way too much of a dose, but better safe than sorry right? Sitting there while he was higher than a kite was one of the more hilarious moments in our relationship, tears were in my eyes...Thankfully he didnt have a bad trip and need a visit to the freak out centre, although he was getting the full effect alright! Seeing as all options were on the table, gave me the in with the herbal remedy, and what a perfect prescription too, cause when all the colours and feeling the music was over, he ate, lots, and is a different man today on more than one level. All kidding aside, it does do the trick big time. To my good friend and colleague, you know who you are, thanks for the medication, and the chance to have a unique journey with the old man ;)
