Yesterday was my bosss birthday. I told her I wanted to buy her lunch for her birthday. She says, oh, ok, thank you. I say, youre welcome, what would you like? She says how bout Captain Ds? I say, fine with me. So I go inside, place our order, but when the lady behind the counter tells me how much, I suddenly remember I have lost my debit card and so I asked do yall take checks to which she replied, no we dont. So I say, hang on, gonna run to the bank, be right back, and then this guy behind me says, I got it. I turned around, in shock, told him, you dont have to do that, I can run to bank. He had already pulled the money out of his pocket before I knew it. I couldnt thank him enough and all I could think about was Im gonna pay it forward, dont know how, but I will. So I get back to the shop and tell my boss about it and shes as shocked as I am and she says, well, were gonna pay it forward, dont know how, but we will. I dont know who that nice young man was, but I cant thank him enough and the lady behind the counter was smiling saying, you have an angel. She was right. There are some good people in this world.
