Yesterday was supposed to be my LE G D A Y, but I kept pushing it off and it never happened. This morning I was reminded that I have committed to 21 days of working out. And just because I did yoga earlier in the day, doesnt mean I should skip the most brutal workout of the week. So I made up for it this morning. Im no pro at leg day. I had to stop plenty of times this morning in the middle of my workout. This workout always gets me. Im just glad I finished. My kids were watching me while they were eating their breakfast and without them knowing, they were pushing me to finish. They are taught by actions not just by words. NO Q U I T T I N G FOR THIS M A M A! xo
