Yesterday was the International Consumer Rights Day, and sure as hell, Telecom Namibia gave their ADSL subscribers the clear message that they have to shut up and take whatever is served to them ... in Windhoek, no Internet from about 14h00 for roughly 6 hours and thereafter on & off for about 2 hours, until their staff fiddling with the system seemed to have decided that enough overtime pay was earned. Earlier frequent timeouts were also reported on FB from Walvis Bay but further developments there could not be observed because of the total breakdown in Windhoek. Enough of this already!
