Yesterday was the end of week 1 for me... I feel so good. Day 1-3 were hard. I did not realize I was basically addicted to sugar. I think I had sugar withdrawals; I was angry, moody, and just not fun to be around. By day 4 I was starting to feel good. Yesterday at our church brunch someone brought cut up fruit... I was telling Michelle that it tasted like candy. It was fun to have another whole30 person at the brunch because we both brought whole30 compliant dishes :). I workout about 4-5 times a week and I have noticed my energy really increasing. We will be doing our big Whole30 shopping this week so I am excited to pick up someone new things. My goal this week is to make almond milk and almond flour!!! This change is impacting my whole family. This is not a diet but a healthy life transformation. I started a Whole30 recipe group its just somewhere I add recipes and youtube videos it is a open group so join if you want :)
