Yesterday, we drove to the quintessential English village of Lacock in cool drizzly weather which made it even more quintessential. Sorry no photos. Have a tech issue atm. Some of Harry Potter was filmed here and we met a local potter ( as in clay ) who claimed to be the illegitimate grandson of Winston Churchill. Not quite sure if he was genuine or a completely eccentric nutter! Perhaps the latter. Camille also lived in this village according to our nutter. Which could be true. We had a cup of tea and a rarebit ( cheese on toast ) in a wonderfully warm and completely traditional tea house. Tried to cock my little finger out to drink my tea but too much lower class mongrel in me to successfully do it.
