Yesterday we went exploring to a waterfall outside Chiang Mai. Along the way, we spotted these flying termites all coming out of their holes at once as it neared evening. They filled the air! These termites are in both Africa and Asia, but we never before saw them emerging. They swarm the lights and in many places, people eat them. Tastes like bacon bits. But we wondered- where do they go if theres no light?
