Yesterday we were following the rescue squad on 311 . A cooler fell out of the door, we stopped and looked inside ,while he unit went on down the road. Inside was someones big toe. So I called 911 and told them what happened. The dispatcher never heard of such a thing happening before. She put me on hold while she talked to her supervisor. After 10 minutes she came back on and said that the supervisor did not know what to do ,they could not reach the unit. On hold again while the supervisor talked to his supervisor. after 20 minutes he came on and said he did not know what to do. On hold again ,after 40 minutes they all came on and said they had a plan. Since the contents were a little odd. they said the best thing to do was to CALL A BIG TOE TRUCK................
