Yesterday, while on a plane, I witnessed a heated discussion onboard about whether or not a plane should ban serving peanuts due to the allergy of one passenger. (I was NOT part of that onboard discussion.) People had opposing views onboard (especially those with their own nut snacks -- again not me.) so I posed a Q to the HG community on FB. My intent was to start a discussion where people could give their opinions and share info. What occurred was unfortunate. People misconstrued the question and my intent --- and started to attack me and attack each other. There was a lot of valuable info in that thread that was removed along with all of the abusive comments. I personally learned a lot more than I ever knew about just how dangerous even the DUST of a peanut can be to some people. I want to open this up again in order to share the valuable and very important info with a very large community. It can help save lives. Please share relevant info and help educate -- and PLEASE do not rip each other apart or attack me. Use this thread as a forum to spread information to those who need it... THANK YOU!
