Yesterday with Mr Hannachi our friend,colleague and inspector I went to Termont as a member of jury of CAPES for a Msili teacher who works there far from her parents house (more than 25 kms).The weather was really fantastic.We started work at 09.00 am and finished at about 01.00 pm .The teacher presented two different lessons with two different classes ( for CAPES you are not obliged to present your lessons with your own classes, you can do that with other classes ).She liked her first performance and disliked the second one .I had an opposite attitude.I didnt like the first one but I adored the second one for a simple reason , the first lesson was teacher centered , she spoke a lot and involved pupils little and at the end of the lesson the pupils found almost nothing in their copy-books.In the second performance , she really played the role of a teacher, she could make the pupils almost all the pupils take part.We were happy with her and advised her to be self-confident and transmit self-confidence to her pupils by involving them for example when S1 answers a question, S2 write it on the board and S3 corrects it in case of mistakes.Now this is the video I made with the pictures I took with the members of the Jury when going back home. https://youtube/watch?v=utVUD1_rZ2s
