Yesterday, work was started on professional landscaping at my house in Stonewall in Jacksonville. Landscapers dumped dirt and mulch on the street curb in front of my house which allowed them access to mulch and soil and also protected the lawn. Well, along came SPOA "security" after that drive by code enforcement comes by and threatens a ticket for not following city ordinances. Now mind you it was a job that improved the look of the neighborhood. I happened to watch Yard Crashers this morning. They dumped gravel and dirt in the street. Must be a common practice. Guess they are not to interested in improvement! Seems SPOA would be more interested in the people not maintains there yards!
