Yesterday wouldve been Gandhis 145th birthday.. So Im paying some slightly belated homage to a man who defeated an empire (the mightiest one to exist at the time).. Armed only w/ truth, an appeal to human decency, & faith in humanity doing whats right. ♡ ** I like this opening clip frm the movie. I think the portrayal of his legacy via his memorial nicely sheds light on the remarkable nature of his life. ☺
