Yesterdays game was a microcosm of our team this season, even a microcosm of whats been going on for years now. We have a good competitive team that has a good chance in every game, however for some reason, when something goes wrong (a bad play, a bad call, a turnover) they just go on a spin dive and everything falls apart in seconds and becomes so painful and frustrated to watch. If u analyze with a cold head, we were leading deep in the 2nd half in 3 of the last 4. Call me optimistic but after barely loosing painful games vs the World Champions and the perennial contenders, the Patriots, I still believe we can make a run, there is still time, teams like the Giants have done it before. We are only a game behind .500 and 2 and a half from the division lead with 4 more divisional games to play...Its not like weve been blown out every game, we were there until the very end. While still very painful, its not like we lost yesterdays game to the Jaguars @ home, we came short vs the Patriots, on the road and with a ton of help from the referees! Im not ready to throw the towel just yet!
