Yet again Judge Masipa is telling us what happened AFTER Oscar killed the person. Thats an incorrect basis for setting aside dolus. It is irrelevant in law, Judge Masipa, that Oscar Pistorius prayed to God afterwards. So what? All that matters is that he foresaw killing at the time of pulling the trigger, and shot four times anyway, content with the eventuality of death. But thats none of my business....its Gerrie Nels, and Bloemfonteins.
