Yet another DWI: Two issues in this one as well. First, did the officer have a reasonable articulable suspicion to stop the vehicle? Mr. Hester’s client turned away from what turned out to be a roadblock. The judge found his driving amounted to enough suspicion to allow the stop. Thereafter, the issue of impairment was litigated. After hearing all the evidence the Judge entered a verdict of Guilty.
