Yet another Police report from the small town of Albany ,in Oregon ,USA. Police reports, Albany Democrat-Herald: "Ruff rider – Tuesday, 3:16 pm. A caller reported a blue motorcycle with a dog riding on the back of the bike. The dog almost fell off a couple of times, the caller said. An officer pulled over the motorcyclist and cautioned him about what could happen to the dog. He was also given a verbal warning for having a passenger without a helmet"!
