Yet another beautiful morning in my lovely little community. Weekends are the best. Most people are sleeping in so I dont hear all the cars pulling out, no kids lining up for the school bus, though the sound of kids laughing is always a happy sound. Lots of birdsong this morning. Few neighbors walking thier dogs. There is one sweet old guy who passes by who must be in his late 60 early 70s, he walks this shaggy mutt who looks like he is about 20, all grizzled and gray. Thats gonna be me one day, grizzled old guy with a grizzled old dog :D So this week, well it has been a stressful week. I lost a friend and that hurt badly. It always hurts when you find out what somebody really thinks about you. I also found out that I will be shooting the Horns & Halos Ball tonight and then doing the photo booth at Cupcake next week. Both brand new things to me and I am kinda stressed. I am always so afraid of screwing up and blowing amazing opportunities. Luckily tonight I am going to have my adorable miss Cedez Romero as my assistant and my awesome friends Diana Lolocaust and Brigitte Von Black will be around too. So I wont feel totally on my own :) Diana is also gonna be helping me put together a few cool props for the cupcake photo booth this week, and she will be there as well as Cedez. Thanks to Kevin Coughlin for offering me the loan of a lens too, not many people would do that! I seem to have all kinds of good things happening lately. So not used to that.
