Yet another family pet on Brooklyns kill list. Dakota A0995070. is only 19 months old, she has lived with 2 children under 13, and a senior. She is reportedly good with them. Dakota is good with dogs, but she takes time to warm up to strangers. Dogs not good with strangers always suffer at the pound. :( She did relatively well on her evaluation, good with dogs, but she is too freaked out, didnt touch food, toy or rawhide.. She is rescue only because of the LOOK Portion, she stood motionless and tense. She stiffened when a stranger squeezed her paw. In all her pics, beautiful Dakotas tail is tucked under her, in between her legs. We all know what that means. She is freaked out and hasnt relaxed. Why will she? She knows shes in a very bad place, reeking of sadness, illness and death. Please help this scared little girl. Her humans neglected to properly socialize her with people. That is her only issue.
