Yet another great reason for being a loyal Apple Inc. customer. Today I spent 1 hour in the apple store trying to replace a phone I bent by sitting on it. After 5 different models purchased at full price I had finally damaged one beyond repair. Replaced, free of charge, and a modest request..."please be more careful." Thank you Apple Store for doing me right...you have secured my loyal patronage for the next 5 iphone models!
