Yet another key trait of successful mediapreneurs...NOT being the spends-all-day-on-Facebook-giving-advice-and-means-well-but-forgets-to-work-on-their-own-biz person. While these peeps are very nice and have the best intentions, they spend most of their time giving feedback/advice/help to other people...but forget to work on their own business. Here are some characteristics: 1. Members of about 4945858 Facebook groups. 2. Have left no questions unanswered in any Facebook group they are a part of and never seen a post they didnt like the heck out of ;) 3. If you watched over their shoulder for a day, you would find them perusing the ole FB and then rechecking FB to see if there have been re-responses. The cycle continues. The problem is...the day goes by fast and instead of working on their own products and programs, marketing funnels, stuff for their business...they have spent 99% of the time responding to Sally Randoms post of what headshot looks better (the smile? half smile? 3/4 smile? half smile in another outfit? full smile but close up?). Now, this doesnt mean NOT to be helpful and not to participate in FB groups, but remember make sure you are moving forward with your biz and goals. Sha-boom.
