Yikes | Darn it - there is a quite large somewhat bloody blister on my left foot. The sensitive area started after I walked the 6+ miles to several mtgs on Mon, mostly bare foot. Tonight I walked the 4.7 miles to a mtg mostly barefoot - both feet felt sensitive. When I got home I realized a long, deep blister filled with some blood was on my left heel. Darn it, I am a good 10 yrs into my barefoot life and I thought my feet were well broken into urban pavement. In the early yrs I got three super gnarly blisters under thick calluses before I realized that if the pavement was HOT | HURT then it was time to wear shoes. OK, my foot is bathed in bag balm - a trick from my cycling days - with lots of love to the shifting foundation (feet) coming into my life (left side) that benefits from nurturing (the left side is the feminine). I put on bright green socks as green is a master healing color. Off to bed to love my feet and get ready for a busy two days welcoming folks to our grand city!
