Yikes. For some reason, this is on my heart today. Maybe somebody out there needs to hear this: Your decisions affect EVERYTHING, but theres sometimes a delay of days, months, or even years until the results come through. Thats easy to forget when youre in the moment. People that make wise decisions NOW, normally have opportunities to make comfortable, fun, exciting decisions later. People that make poor decisions NOW, usually dont even HAVE the freedom to make decisions later. Even further, they act surprised when theyre forced to do things they dont want to do. They usually blame circumstances or luck or the world for putting them in such a crappy situation. In reality, theyve conveniently forgotten that the choices they made in the past are PERFECTLY defining their life as its become. The delay passed and the results are in! But thats just how decision works. Its powerful. Dont ignore opportunities to make good decisions while you still have them to make. Sorry to ramble.
