Yikes it’s Spring! Yikes its Spring! Up and out early, flowers are blooming as the song birds sing. The air is quiet as morning comes to life. The cattle appear to have had a peaceful night. The grands are now arriving here so we’re all of good cheer. But there’s a tickle in my throat, I made a mental note, and as the day continued the attack took it’s toll. My body began to ache but I let no one know. Hoping, I suppose, that this infirmity would soon pass, but sweats and chill’s came upon me kinda, sorta fast. I arrived just as the walk in clinic opened today. Got the spill from the doc and after two shots was on my way. Feeling like a limp rag that’s been run through the ringer, as I finished feeding and my left shoulders got a stinger. What a great weekend it was, though not exactly as I had planned. But life is good! The Lord is wonderful, and the grands! They are grand. As winter leaves us we’ll try out Yikes it’s Spring! Hope you enjoy. Pull up a chair or dust off the ole porch swing.
