Yippppeeee!!! I finally retested my AMRAP for bodyweight bench press, full ROM. Back in february of 2104 I did 9 reps at 115. Yesterday I hit 12 reps at 115...Ill retest this in another 6-8 weeks...I am huuunnnggrrryyyy to hit 20 reps!
