Yo Errbudy, Got a Really good Question for anyone who has or has known anyones 98 Mark VIII to do this. First off, The Car Starts up and Runs Like it was new. Bad thing is, It wont Allow me to Press the Button in on the Shifter, and put it into any gear while its running, Normally lets it go into gear while the power is on but not started, then I can start it with it in Neutral, and go through the gears that way, but if it goes back into Park while its running, it wont let the button be pressed, and Wont let the Shifter Operate.................................. SECOND thing is, I have All Interior Lights and Systems, but I have No Headlights, Brake Lights, spot lights and No L.E.D bar Working. I do Have Parking Lights, and Turn signals. Ive Heard, Brake Switch, Neutral Safety Switch, or Bad Ground. Definitely Seems Like something isnt talking to other things in the car. Theres One other thing its doing that I think maybe Connected to whatever Problem it is, Traction Control light now stays on, and the Speedometer Bounces with about a 10mph up and Down While the Car is Moving, Depending on speed. Again, Car moves at a normal speed, but its like it has no idea how fast its going, or its getting a bad on and off reading from the speed sensor, or something... IDK, but its driving me crazy. Anyone know what Im talking about? Thanks Guys!
