Yoga... Do you love it or hate it? I used to really not care for yoga. Or pilates... Or anything that didnt get my HR at the max training zone #cardiofreak but now I totally get it! Its a different kind if strength and a much needed flexibility element! And there are other awesome benefits such as reduced stress (can I get a hallelujah ) reduced pain and it improves posture and balance. All good things. Try it sometime
