Yoga and Meditation Challenge Day 24 *Inclined Plank* Sit on the floor, palms flat behind you fingers pointed toward the front of the mat. Lean back, raising your hips toward the ceiling. Contract your buttocks. Drop your head back slightly, while keeping your chin tucked, looking up. Hold for several breaths. Bring your head up, gaze at your feet and lower your hips. This pose stretches and lengthens the entire front of the body. Strengthens the wrists and arms, firm the buttocks and thighs, and opens the neck and throat. Todays class is a gentle at 1 pm with Deborah.
