That’s right, Yoga Athletex is run by two chicks who were born and raised in the GOOF! Former athletes, turned yoginis, will be here to take you through a slow flow geared solely toward crossfitters. Because of their knowledge, experience, and background, Patricia and Kalynn have what it takes to guide you through a series of asanas that are sure to prevent injury and improve your “game”. I assure you, this won’t be your typical vinyasa yoga class. This yoga is the real deal for athletes. Just what the chiropractor ordered. So, come on out and start your weekend off right! Namaste!
