Yogiraj Roti Bread 1 cup wheat flour ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. ajwain seeds ¼ tsp. cumin seeds ¼ tsp. baking powder ½ cup yoghurt 2 tbsp. ghee Mix ghee and flour with your fingers. Stir in salt, all the spices and baking powder. Add ghee and knead dough until smooth and even. Divide dough into four balls. Roll out one ball to a 5-inch circle. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. You my use some ghee to cook the rotis, or you may wish to avoid it. Cook the rotis on both sides until light brown. Press it down with a skillet to make it puff up. Repeat with the rest of the balls. Serve warm. FAR HEALTHIER THAN BREAD
