Yooralla, Dangerfield and 99designs are excited to announce the YoorallaTEE competition for 2014. YoorallaTEE aims to encourage positive images of disability through t-shirt design. The 10 finalists in this competition will have their designs printed and sold on t-shirts across Dangerfield nationally and internationally online plus win cash and prizes. YoorallaTEE’s 2014 theme of Redefine Disability challenges designers to change the image of disability. Designers are encouraged to interpret this theme creatively and broadly, with consideration to the concept of challenging disability stereotypes and celebrating abilities. The competition will be run online via 99designs from April 1 2014 until April 24 2014. We encourage schools, students and designers to get involved in redesigning disability.
