“You May Have It All Wrong” There are times someone does something that makes you really mad. Especially when it seems clearly unjust, immoral or hurtful. That’s the moment it’s pretty easy for you to feel justified in lashing out at that person, often in very judgmental and self-righteous ways. Which is exactly why that’s the very moment you need to be very careful. Because that person is also a child of God – just like you. Is trying to do the right thing - just like you. And is faithful – just like you. So go ahead and believe, feel and articulate your point of view passionately and strongly. But also make it a priority to take the time to check in with God to be sure you’re believing, feeling and articulating the way God wants you to. Because, believe it or not, you may have it all wrong. And God may just be pushing you to grow or, heaven forbid, even change. #GodNMe
