You all know how strongly I feel about Shakeology, however I understand that many of you are either not ready to make that investment or you just dont prefer it. I typically require my challengers to use Shakeology since it does speed results and increase energy, BUT I feel like making that a requirement is robbing a lot of you the opportunity to get healthier and more fit.
