You all might wonder why I post a dog picture. Well - this is Rocky! Rocky was surrendered in June 2005 at a age of app 3 years. A volunteer took him because his story really haunted all of us. He lived with a student at ULL on Campus. She had to move back home with her mother, who wouldnt let Rocky come. The young women gave Rocky to one of her friends. I think that this friend got pregnant, and decided to give him to someone else who had children. It didnt work out, and we heard that she put him in the garage at times and one of the children poked at him. Then she gave Rocky to a lady and her husband. The husband soon retired, and it didnt work out with having him while they traveled. She brought him to us, and Carmen fostered him. Thank heavens it took so long to get him ready for adoption, so he and Carmen could be together. She officially adopted him and he is truly her sweet baby. Thanks for people like Carmen Moore
