You are all invited to join Team Health Donor (healthdonor) for a hike to Mission Peak Hiking Trail on Saturday, the 8th of June at 6:00 am. We will meet at the parking lot of the trail at: Stanford Avenue E, Fremont, CA 94539. Please note that we intend to go to the top and back which could take about three hours. So plan accordingly. Wear shoes with a good grip or your traction may be affected frequently. The rocks and gravel can be very slippery, particularly on the way down. Bring a light jacket because depending on the weather it can be really cold at the top. Bring a hat and sunglasses, and wear lots of sunscreen. Lots of water is a must and some re-energizing snacks will come in handy. If you have bad knees or legs bring hiking sticks. There is a bathroom at the start of the hike and one before the peak. The hike is steep but the higher you get, the more beautiful the view gets. The feeling of getting to the top will be priceless. It is a challenging yet very doable hike. Come join us and enjoy this amazing hike. Your bodies will thank you after you have accomplished it. Do a little something for your health and for the health of your near and dear ones by bringing them along. It will be one hike you will get addicted to!
