A $200.00 penalty will be added if guest fail to pay 50% of balance due by 3/1/15. Models and Photographers are welcome to conduct photo shoots in addition to the Photo Excursion program. Any arrangements made are strictly between the Models/Photographers/Makeup Artists choosing to work together.
