You are enough. In 2012, before his divorces Robin Williams was worth $120M. He was an internationally beloved superstar genius. But still got immobilized by fear and criticism from others, both critics and the man on the street. As of late he thought his career was a failure even though he has been working nonstop for decades and making 7-8 figures per film. If Robins self talk could convince him he was a failure, what are the chances our own self talk is true or valid about our circumstances? How we are not good enough, inadequate or (research shows common in those who are suicidal) how we are a burden on the people around us? Think about it. If we spoke to friends the way we speak to ourselves, would we have any friends left? The mind can play dirty tricks on us. If a multimillionaire international superstar genius can convince himself that he is a failure, what tricks can our negative self talk play on folks us? They are called mental tricks because they are not true. Depression lies. Tricks are a deception. You are loved and you are enough. You are enough.
