It is an international biennial festival of art and graphics. INTERBIFEP Tuzla was founded in 1980 and was one of the most important and most serious international art events. A novelty of this year’s festival is photography and video art portraits. This will make the event more interesting and attractive for the public. The organizer received a large number of portraits in the form of drawings, graphics and photos, and among the applicants are 10 interesting video art works.
