You are invited! This is primarily for people (especially women) who dont run or havent run in a long time. We will accept a small number of current runners and joggers as auxiliary members if they promise to stay noncompetitive. We have 3 goals: 1. To build cardiorespiratory fitness from 30 minutes of walking to 30 minutes of continuous jog/run -ing over a period of 10-12 weeks. 2. To encourage and support one another and hold one another accountable. 3. To run the Nerstrand Big Woods 5K together on Oct 11, 2014.
