You are loved because God cherishes you. You are so valuable to him, he will move heaven and earth to find you and keep you. That’s what the Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 7:6: “God, your God, chose you out of all the people on Earth for himself as a cherished, personal treasure.” God values you like his own personal treasure. When you cherish something, you hold on to it. God won’t let you go. You may not be all you want to be, but you are a work in progress. Don’t give up. He will perfect that which concerns us. He will keep that which we’ve committed to him unto that day. Underneath you are His everlasting arms.
