You are needed. Everything will be fine and youre a good person, smart enough, clever enough to end up being ok. But inside I know you often have just that last bump in the way that you have to get past to fully embrace joy and happiness and feel it in you, rather than talk about feeling it and keeping separate from it as if its just too risky to be that happy.
