The following news item has been added to the ShelbySO Current News page: Sheriff\s Office seeks public\s assistance in identifying armed robbery suspects in North Shelby County 07/26/2014 1:24pm The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the help of the public and the media in identifying and locating two suspects involved in a North Shelby County robbery. On Friday night at approximately 11:00 pm on July 25, 2014, two black males, with their faces partially covered, entered the Full Moon BBQ restaurant located at 4635 Hwy 280, and demanded money from the employees working behind the counter. The two suspects then fled the area, traveling in an unknown direction, and are considered to be at large. The two suspects are described as follows: • Large-framed light skinned black male wearing a ski mask, armed with a revolver • Small-framed black male wearing a blue bandana, armed with an unknown type of handgun The two males are believed to have possibly had two other accomplices occupying a white sedan. Surveillance images will be shared with the public and media after Sheriff’s investigators have processed the footage.
