( received today) Dear Jennifer I bought your book; I read your book, and your quest to find out what was ailing you took a lot longer than mine, and I still dont know. !! My Doctor who is an internist has thought about everything and tested for what she thinks may be the problem. Currently she has been treating me for IBS. Thanks to you, I now realize it is dietary issue. I commend you for your courage, and bravery and especially not giving up, through everything you went through to reach a diagnosis. We ordered all three kinds of your cookies, and not one has disappointed us. Looking forward to those Bagels. I have been tested for Celiacs, but no results yet. I will continue to refer to your book when the need arises. All I can say now, is God Bless you for your triumph overcoming what it took to get you where you are today.
