You can then let us know where you have parked it curbside, go get your car, and we will quickly place your items in your vehicle for you. We strive to make shopping as easy as possible. Regular Vendors: Amaranth Bakery: Kristen will bake up a scrumptious selection of gluten free breads (caraway, cinnamon raisin, 4-seed); dinner rolls sandwich buns, hot dog buns, pizza crusts, foccacia, muffins, cookies and granola! All gluten free! Plus many dairy-free options. Sweet Pea Farm: Joe is a new vendor this year. His heritage breed lamb is grass fed and pasture raised, as well as free of anti-biotics, hormones, and GMO feed. He will offer a variety of lamb cuts; chops, loins, shoulders, legs, riblets, etc. He is sharing space with Talking Breads. Earth Spring Farm: Located between Carlisle and Boiling Springs, they offer vegetables grown naturally without chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Look for spring garlic, spinach, kale and lettuce. Let’s Grow: Matt has launched his new business bring locally grown plants to the market. Look for 4 packs of -cide-free greens, plugs of spring onions, tomato plants, strawberries and a variety of herb and flower plants. Various varieties through the spring season to grow your healthy garden. Clair’s Orchard: New fruit vendor this year and family owned fruit market, located in Carlisle. We will be bringing 8 varieties of apples, applesauce, juice, fruit butters, spicy peach bbq sauce (made w/ our own peaches) & canned peaches Hillsleigh Harvest: Tara says “all of my produce is grown without the use of any sort of chemical. I grow semi-intensively on permanent raised beds. I use hand tools almost exclusively to help reduced carbon footprint.” Shell be bringing lettuce, salad mix, various greens, radishes and Jerusalem artichokes. Roots Flower Farm: $12 bouquets are back! Snapdragons, baptisia, last of the tulips, green wheat, delphinium and more. Jelly jar arrangements. Last chance for twig wreaths. Dickinson College Farm: DCF will have freshly picked spinach and mesclun mix plus farm-fresh salad dressing for sale! Also on hand will be Swiss chard, fresh herbs like dill and cilantro, beets, potatoes, a colorful selection of beans and ASPARAGUS! Please help our market stand minimize the use of plastic shopping bags by bringing your own along-thanks! FMNP checks accepted. Three Springs Fruit Farm: We will kick off this season with our delicious cameo and Fuji apples. We will have our fabulous selection of apple, peach, and pear butters; Apple Schnitz , canned peaches for pies, tart cherry juice, and we are having a BOGO sale on our awesome Fuji Apple juice.WIC and FMNP check accepted here. Pecan Meadow Farm: Daniel is with us each week providing a selection of pasture-raised meats. New this winter is a variety of pork cuts. Choices include lamb, beef, duck, rabbit, guinea and chicken. Keep you eyes open for duck eggs, granola and special baked treats on occasion. Some of the best steak in town! Check out the stone ground wheat from Daniels 1940’s seed. Talking Breads: Talking breads (Shana) offers a wide variety of old world European breads. All breads are made with organic whole grain flours and are baked in a brick oven. Weekly breads include Pugliese, Whole Spelt, Seeded, Batard, Ciabatta, Cinnamon Raisin, Fig Anise, Brioche, along with baked goods like scones and pretzel rolls. And the thing you have been waiting for… Ice Cream! Plus, ask them about milk delivery!. Beeman’s Baked Goods: Beeman’s will offer Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Zucchini Bread and Whoopie Pies this week. We will be offering specials on all Apple Pies, Apple Dumplings and Apple Crumb with Pecans. We will also have Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. We will see everyone on Wednesday. Blue Mountain Meadows: Paul will be busy at the grill! He will be serving up fabulous grilled pastured chicken halves and yummy hamburgers with fresh buns made by Lark Rise. They have coolers full of all types of cheese (try the Ewes Dream!), yogurt, smoothies, meats, fresh chicken, meadow mint tea and kombucha. Cool Beans: Katie will have her signature cold herbal drinks, fresh eggs, early spring garden plants, microgreens, lettuce, asparagus.......and cookies! Dawg Gone Bees: Jackie will have their regular array of honey and honey products. Many of our products make great gifts or we have beautifully pre packaged boxes containing an assortments of honeys, candles, and jams. Esh’s Produce: Steven and family will have greens, asparagus, beets, radish, rhubarb, homemade donuts and potato chips, ketchup, root beer, jams and jellies plus many types of canned goods. Lark Rise Farm: Sherri and Cookie have moved to the Hanover side of the market. Look for fabulous artisan breads, bagels and pizza rounds and cherry choc. sour dough. On the veg. side look for freshly cut greens, sunchokes and those delicious little micro greens. Ask for information about joining their CSA! Torchbearer Sauces: Brandon brings you irresistible flavors that allow you to spice up your food, salivate over your entrees, and emblazon your taste buds like never before! Whistleberry Farm (home of Morgan’s Mushrooms): Lynn or Rod will be at market this week with fresh and dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and shiitake mushroom logs. Piney Mountain Orchard: This week Piney Mountain Orchard will add more greens to the table -- their top quality salad mix is back, plus baby spinach, mustard greens, a tender braising mix, herbs, micro greens and perhaps some Ping Pong radishes - feel lucky if you see some white roots on the table!
