You can feel the lump in your throat, and struggle to swallow around it, it gags you, your eyes sting, and the corner of your lips twitch as you force yourself to crack the weakest of smirks. The back of your nose burn, drying the back of your throat. You can feel the heaviest of weights pressing against your stomach, fingers twitching as you struggle to keep your hands relaxed. You can feel the weight of your body for what seems like the first time, how heavy your head is against your neck, your arms on your shoulders, the burn in your muscles as you fight off the urge to tense up and flex in a futile attempt to hole yourself straight. You can feel the world closing in around you, every hope youve had smitten before your very eyes, your entirety ripped to shreds in front of you. Your breath feels hotter and hotter, your heart beating faster and faster, yet time feels so slow. You can feel your heart sinking, it feels like its pressing against your spine, every subtle flutter it makes only making it more and more painful. You fight the urge to rub both hands against the sides, and back of your neck. You can feel the tingling sensation shooting through it and down your weakening spine. You can feel your jaw setting, locking, clicking, your teeth chattering from every subtle quiver. Your mind goes blank, sounds blur. You only heard one thing. Im dating someone. Didnt I tell you? ... Oh wait, Im the only one who felt that today?
