You can forward to 11:41 in the Jamie Oliver video I posted to hear them speak about healthcare. I am still watching it as we speak. I love this chef and really feel that he makes himself part of the solution for people to live better lives, feeding their families the best home cooked foods for less money. If you check out his other shows, you will also see that he has contributed in Britain as well as the U.S. school lunch programs. He really cares about people and loves sharing what he knows about food. I absolutely love him! Shonté
